Jesse D. Dougherty
Mr. Dougherty is a Project Engineer at Marathon Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. with consulting engineering experience in land use design, approval and construction of wide array of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. He is responsible for the hands on project tasks such as design, analysis and submission document generation. He is also responsible for the drafting management within the Atlantic City Office. Project Engineer responsibilities consist of site calculations, site design and plan preparation, construction document preparation, permit applications preparation, report preparation, and submission document generation. He has provided expert testimony before Planning and Zoning Boards in New Jersey on multiple projects for site engineering, stormwater management features and mining applications. Mr. Dougherty is well versed in the New Jersey Flood Hazard Area Permitting Regulations and New Jersey Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Standards.
Mr. Dougherty has designed site features, stormwater management areas, determined flood plain elevations and floodway areas on a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects and has assisted Marathon Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc.’s engineering team with projects such as the Atlantic City Outlets – Bass Pro Shops continuation of the Walk in Atlantic City; a Flood Plain Analysis for a Flood Hazard Area Study for the Sitting Duck Restaurant, in Long Branch, New Jersey; Hope VI Project in Atlantic City, New Jersey and Block 538 Adriatic Avenue Redevelopment Project in Atlantic City, New Jersey for the Atlantic City Housing Authority; in addition to numerous other projects.
