Since 1997, Marathon Engineering & Environmental Services, Inc. has brought experience and expertise in civil engineering, environmental permitting, and environmental investigations to create cutting-edge solutions for land development and redevelopment in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and beyond. The staff of Marathon has created a niche in the development community because of our experience and expertise in the federal, state, and local regulatory process that is essential to every project.
For example, our Land Development Group has developed a specialized niche in navigating the complicated maze of environmental regulations for decades-long projects such as the Pureland Industrial Complex and LogistiCenter in Logan Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey, and Master Planning and Development projects for Stockton University in Galloway Township, Atlantic County, New Jersey. Our Environmental Group also has highly developed expertise in wetlands consulting and land use permitting, as seen at major permitting efforts all over New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Our Environmental Group has developed a specialized niche in the environmental risk assessment and management field through projects such as remediation oversight at the Garden State Racetrack in Cherry Hill, Camden County, New Jersey and brownfields consulting in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
