Mr. Fleming has more than 35 years of experience in engineering, project management, business & operations leadership for site development, infrastructure and environmental projects. Mr. Fleming has extensive expertise as principal project manager for large scale projects effectively leading multidiscipline teams, such as site/civil, ecological, environmental/remediation, land entitlement, survey, infrastructure, urban redevelopment/brownfields development for diverse array of private business, public & private institutions, agencies, and local/county governments.
