Marathon was retained by Conifer Realty LLC to assist their company with preparation of design plans, land use approval permit applications and construction documents for affordable housing development projects in City of Absecon totaling 72 apartment units. The projects are being developed to assist the City with meeting their affordable housing obligation.
As part of the approval process for the site construction work, Marathon assisted Conifer by preparing and submitting the required application documentation for:
- Review and Approval from the City Planning Board
- Coastal Area Facility Review Act Permits (CAFRA) from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP)
- Water Main Extension Permit from NJDEP
- Treatment Works Approval (TWA) Permit for sanitary sewer service from NJDEP
- Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Certification from the Cape Atlantic Conservation District
- Authorization to Discharge Stormwater During Construction (Stormwater General Permit RG3) from NJDEP
