LogistiCenter at Logan

Marathon was retained in 2005 by DP Partners as their Land Development Engineer to assist with the development of their LogistiCenter at Logan (LCL); a 1,000 acre planned industrial development located within the Pureland Industrial Complex in Logan Township, New Jersey.
To date, Marathon has assisted DP Partners with the following projects:
- Freightliner – 360,000 s.f. warehouse distribution center (Bldg. J)
- Sears/UPS/Brighton Best – 365,000 s.f. warehouse distribution center (Bldg. K)
- Pedricktown Road Culvert Replacement
- Commerce Blvd. Extension
- Kimberly Clark – 800,000 s.f. warehouse distribution center (Bldg. GHI)
- Regional Stormwater Management Basins 3 & 8
- Pedricktown Road Gravity Sewer Main Extension
